This is for two parallel programs. The language used in both programs is similar. Both parents and teens will discuss many of the same topics in order to improve their relationships at home.
1. One program is the Teen Success Accelerator (monthly sessions only):
This is a year-long program for teens. It’s ongoing, so teens can enter at any point and be able to understand what’s going on.

2. The other program is the ImPACTful Parent Academy (Parent Group Coaching)
This is a group for parents that includes psychoeducational presentations, resources, and discussions. We meet LIVE via ZOOM twice a month, mostly on Sunday evenings (Eastern).
